Our Company

It is difficult to reconcile the growth and profit expectations of shareholders. The founder, Dr. Martin Schwarz, has successfully met this challenge as Managing Director of PUREN Pharma in Munich for over 6 years. He has experienced first-hand that the development of new growth areas, the use of data for better and faster decision making, the digitalization of processes and the use of artificial intelligence are crucial for success. This requires not only content-based management, but above all a change in the "mindset" of employees.

His experiences have led him to the following convictions:

1. Market knowledge and experience is central. The tools can be acquired. A good analysis of the entire value chain is the best starting point for identifying potentials. A holistic approach is most promising.

2. Better decisions are usually based on better information. Data, the combination of internal and external data and their preparation / analysis creates the basis for better and faster decisions. "Predictive analytics" often reveals additional "blind spots" or "bias". In these areas there is usually a very large potential.

3. Long-term projects in the digital sector are not particularly promising. The "trail and error" approach leads to faster results and corrections on which to build again. Success motivates the employees and lets them grow with the tasks.

4. Implementation is crucial. Paul Bisaro, CEO of Actavis, put it in a nutshell: "If you get the strategy 80% right and 100% implemented you are much better off than with a perfect strategy 80% implemented". A support during the implementation ensures a sustainable knowledge transfer and motivates to go one step further.

5. Companies in the Health Care industry are facing a big change. Digitalization and the sensible use of Artificial Intelligence will determine the future viability of business models.

Martin Schwarz now wants to pass on his extensive experience to his customers. He founded SARTICON on October 5th, 2020.
